OUR POLICIES

1: You must be 18 years of age with a valid I.D. to receive a tattoo, no exceptions!

2: We accept cash only and do in-person consultations to be able to schedule a tattoo appointment.  Each artist does consultations by appointment only, so please reach out to them to schedule.

3: The amount of the deposit will be determined by your artist, up to half of the cost of the tattoo, and is required to secure your tattoo appointment. No drawings will be created without a deposit. Any ideas post-consultation must be expressed at least 7 days prior to the appointment. Once tattoo designs are sent out, any drastic changes are subject to a $50 redraw fee and rescheduling of your tattoo appointment. Our tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse extreme changes or repeated changes to the original tattoo design.  Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance. 

4: No call no shows, rescheduling an appointment more than twice, or rescheduling within 24 hours of your tattoo appointment will forfeit your deposit.  

 

5: No children under 12 are allowed in the studio during consultations, and nobody under the age of 16 is allowed in the tattoo procedure area.  We have a limit of one guest-per-client during tattoo and piercing procedures to keep our environment comfortable, and to limit distractions.

 

6: Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, artist specific, and expire after 6 months.

7: One free touch-up session is included with every tattoo, if necessary, and if proper aftercare instructions are followed.

8: Our tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
