OUR POLICIES
Tattoo Policies:
1.You must be 18 years of age with a valid I.D. to receive a tattoo, no exceptions!

2: We accept cash only and do in-person consultations to be able to schedule a tattoo appointment. Each artist does consultations by appointment only, so please reach out to them to schedule.​
​
3: The amount of the deposit will be determined by your artist, up to half of the cost of the tattoo, and is required to secure your tattoo appointment. No drawings will be created without a deposit. Any ideas post-consultation must be expressed at least 7 days prior to the appointment, as drawings are worked on the week-of and shown in-person on the day of the appointment (unless expressed otherwise by your artist). Once tattoo designs are shown, any drastic changes requiring more than one hour of redrawing are subject to a $50 redraw fee and rescheduling of your tattoo appointment. Our tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse extreme changes or repeated changes to the original tattoo design. Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance.

4: No call no shows, rescheduling an appointment more than twice, or rescheduling within 24 hours of your tattoo appointment will forfeit your deposit.
5: No children under 12 are allowed in the studio during consultations, and nobody under the age of 16 is allowed in the tattoo procedure area. We have a limit of one guest-per-client during tattoo and piercing procedures to keep our environment comfortable, and to limit distractions.
6: Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, artist specific, and expire after 6 months.

7: One free touch-up session is included with every tattoo, if necessary, if proper aftercare instructions are followed, and must be claimed within 1 year of receiving the tattoo.

8: Our tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Piercing Policies
1: All deposits made are non-refundable, and all prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Deposits may be transferred to another appointment if compliant with cancellation policies; deposits are not transferable between people.

2: Our piercers reserve the right to refuse the performance of piercing for a client at any time and any reason, including, but not limited to: comprisable health conditions, medications, no prior food consumption, incorrect or unsafe anatomy, inability to comprehend or perform piercing aftercare, inability to sit still, no valid ID, etc.

3: Our piercers are not liable for any jewelry that becomes lost or broken after a client leaves the studio, and will not be exchanged nor refunded.
​
4: Our piercers are not liable for any issues or complications caused by client error including, but not limited to: the miscommunication of health conditions or inability to use correct aftercare procedure, and piercings will not be refunded.
5: Our piercers will not pierce with hoops/rings in piercings that do not require them, and will not pierce with client-brought jewelry if not communicated and accepted by the piercer prior to the appointment. All outside-sources jewelry muse inspected at least 3 business days prior to the piercing appointment to determine viability as well as be sterilized in preparation for the procedure.
6: All Jewelry changes, swaps, and removals (including necessary downsizing) will be charged at $5 each.

7: Children under the age of 13 may not receive any piercing other than on the earlobes, and a legal parent/guardian must schedule an in-person consultation with Myah and the child before the piercing appointment. Myah requires a minimum deposit of $20 to book a child under 13.

8: No Wisconsin piercing laws can or will be made an exception, and valid identification must be provided in order for the piercing procedure to take place.

9: Our piercers reserve the right to charge a client for the price of setup/materials if the piercing procedure process has been initiated, but stopped on the client’s behalf.​

10: All custom jewelry orders must be paid in full before the order can be placed.
​
11. One guest per-patron is permitted in the piercing procedure area with the exception of two parents being present for a minor; no guests under the age of 13 are permitted in the piercing procedure area. No children under the age of 4 years old may be candidates for piercing.

12. Our piercers reserve the right to charge a client for the price of setup/materials is the piercing procedure has been initiated but stopped on the client's behalf.

13. Any cancellations or reschedules must be communicated with the piercer at least 2 hours before the piercing appointment in order to avoid penalties; if our piercers are no-called, no-showed or given less than 2 hours notice, they reserve the right to keep any deposits that have been placed, as well as require future deposits to schedule in the future. Rescheduling an appointment more than twice will result in the penalties above, and no-call, no-showing an appointment may result in no longer being able to schedule with our piercers in the future.

14. Piercing gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, piercer-specific, and expire after 6 months.
